last minute post for 2010

Santa found us again this year and we had a wonderful Christmas full of traditions and family. We tried to focus more on giving this year and I am proud of these 5 and the ways they choose to help other people. It was fun to see the things they come up with and watching them look for ways to help others.

I had my Piano recital I have 11 students but 3 of them are my own. Wy, Ab, and Matt did a great job Grac who loves me to play planio lessons with her even performed a song and did a great job too.

Wyatt had a band concert this month and although he was really nervous he did a great job. Middle school has been an awesome experience for Wy and he loves school which is a first. He has awesome grades and he just seems to be growing up so fast.

7 years and 1 month

Hooraaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!!!! he is Potty Trained and we are so very proud of him. I feel like a new women not having to change a diaper. It took about 3 weeks to work it all out but he is a big boy. Thank you Pey

The 3 most beautiful girls in the world pulled off another Christmas tree Lane and they did a Fantastic job. And they looked so cute in there customs and their dances were really cute too.

He is growing up so fast. I feel like it was yesterday walking the halls of Logan Hospital trying to have him. I don't know where time goes or how I got to this point my life that I have a 12 year old son, but we are at this point and he is turning into a great young man with excitment for the future and life. Happy Birthday Wy we love you!!!!!

Matt's 7

Matt had a birthday a few days ago. She asked for a bike and some fancy clothes. She gets Ab's old clothes and she didn't like pink or girly things she is my tom boy and Matt likes girly, sparkly, pink things. Its funny how different kids can be.

This is this years photo shoot and I think they turned out great. We have to redo Wyatt's but the rest turned out great. Someday I hope to have a nicer camera but for know these will do.

GO WILDCATS

Wyatt has been playing football this is our first year of tackle. He has loved it !!! Steven is the coach and it has been good for them to spend time together although they have been very busy. This Saturday started the play offs and they won there first game against Manti. It has been fun watching his games

Today I found rice all over my Laundry room. So I would like to wish the happy couple who got married in my laundry congrats and may there marriage be full of love and 3 year olds. I believe that is what must have happened, I don't have a child that would throw rice all over my laundry room or do I.

1st and 4th

Matt started 1st grade this year which means my helper is gone all day I don't know what I will do. It has taken us most of the summer to try to get her to understand that she will be gone all day just like the older 2. Matt is our little sweet heart and piece maker I am sure going to miss her. Good luck in first Grade Matt

As for Abb, she missed the first day of school she got strep throat she was very upset and very sick. Abb loves loves loves school she loves learning new things no matter what it is.
Abb is becoming quite the young lady and helper around the house. Good luck Abb in 4th grade.

Middle School

Middle School is where we dropped our oldest off this morning (Yes I cried). I feel old, sad, but most of all I am very proud of HIM and the young man he is turning into. He jumped out of the van with a smile and walked in with excitement. We have had a lot of nerves about going to middle school but after the back to school day yesterday those nerves turned to excitement.

Wow the Fair

Picture over load. We had fun at the fair and the kids enjoyed showing and baking items for the fair. They won lots and are making plans for next year.

First up is our chickens which are new to the farm family this year and have done rather well. They are just starting to lay eggs which has been fun for the kids. They all won blue ribbons and Wy's chicken took Reserve Chicken which was fun.

Sevier County Champion Steer YEAH. Wy also took Grand in Showmanship, he was the only one so it wasn't hard but I was proud he still got out there knowing he doesn't like to be the only one in the spot light.

1st year and made it to the Star Class. We are very proud of her she got caught in a pig fight and bit in the bottom grabbed and thrown over a fence and still got up and got back in there to show her pig. (pig name Ty)

We went to a McBride Family Reunion up in Prove we ate lunch and played some minute to win it games we were going to go swimming at the veterans pool but the weather turned windy and cold so we just enjoyed visiting and playing games in the park. We had a lot of fun and love spending time with family.

Flash Back of July

4th of July Parade was nice and cool and fun being with friends.

After the Parade we went fishing in fish lake with Granny and Papa and Uncle Bronson and Aunt Tara which was a lot more fun than being at the Park with 5 kids.

ALL -STAR BASEBALL

Wy made the All-Star team in baseball this summer and had a blast. He has improved so much in hitting if we could just get rid of the nerves he would be even better. Ab is his biggest fan but we all enjoy watching a good game of baseball.

The rest of the month was filled with trips to St.George, Vernal for Baseball, Mom and Dad getting a 2 night get away to Vegas that Steven won at work. More camping and Fishing in Fish lake. My Dad rented a boat and the kids loved fishing from the boat they caught 19 or 20 fish and they were excited. Thanks mom and dad for everything.

For some odd reason I thought summer was for doing nothing BOY was I mistaken. I feel like we have always had something we needed to be to or doing. I guess I am just suppose to learn to love life as it happens.
