Gracy turns 7

I love this little Gal to pieces can't believe she is 7.  Fun facts about Gracy are she loves pink and sparkles,  loves to read, dance, and play.   She enjoys being involved in dance, gymnastics, soccer, softball, and playing the piano.

Gracy Softball

Gracy played softball for the 1st time this year and she loves it.  She has done so good and looks forward to next year.

Track Star

Matty and Wy did track this year I didn't get a good picture of Wy but they both did great and enjoyed it.

Preschool Graduation

Peyton Graduated from Preschool the middle of May WOW and is he ready for Kindergarten.  He loved his teachers Mrs. Polly and Mrs. Stacie and they did an amazing job he has come so far.  Can't believe this was our last Preschool Graduation.

 

As we all know about 2 years ago Peyton knocked out his 4 front teeth on a great white shark (aka- urinal). Well in April he slipped in the bathroom and yep you guessed it knocked out his bridge on the toilet  leaving him my little Vampire and I love it.

 

Eagle

Wyatt Earned his Eagle the end of April.  He put new plot signs in the Richfield Cemetery.  So very proud of him and all his hard work.

Ab Turned 12

Ab turned 12 in February and was so excited to be able to move on from Primary into Young Women's.  Ab loves Sports, her ipod, being with her friends, and shopping with her mom.  We love you Ab and so greatful for the Young women your are becoming love You!!!!

Wrestling

Another Great year of Wrestling he took 4th in State and was so excited.  I can't believe how much he has changed.  I love his desire to work hard and give his best at what ever he does.

Christmas

New Christmas PJ's and opening presents oh did I mention what time these monkey were awake 4:52 what in the world were they thinking.  We had a great Christmas break, breakfast at Denny's, sledding at the farm, playing with cousins,  movie nights what more could we ask for except could the break be longer and could I take more pictures.  We enjoyed our fist Christmas in our new home.

My three amazing beautiful Dancing Girls.  They did amazing job and had so much fun dancing on the big stage.

He Is 14

        Yesterday WY turned 14 yep my oldest is 14 hard for me to believe.  I have spent the last few days going he goes to high school next year then its learners permit, the drivers license,  graduation and mission.  Where did the time go.  But today I have decide to stop looking into the future and worrying about it and just enjoy he is 14 a good kid who gives his all to everything he is involved in.

3rd grade Gooseberry trip with Matty

The workshop were great and so was the food.

 

 

 

She got to ride a horse which was the best part

 

She loved all the workshops

and enjoyed being with friends.

 

But as for ANNIE BANGS she was not impressed at all.

8th grade Football

Another great year of football has come to an end.  Wy had a great year this year made some really awesome plays sacking the quarter back more than once was always a highlight for him.  Steve has been coaching Wy for the last 3 years, and loved doing so.  I cant believe he will be in HIGH SCHOOL next year. 

He can See!!!!

 

Yeah!! Pey can see and he looks very handsome in his BYU glasses.  3 out 5 of our children have needed glasses at this age so it wasn't a surprise.  They need them for 2-3 years and then they seem to grow out of it.  Just a funny little promise from the Doc. He says to me oh this is going to change this kid he is going to be so much better at focusing. Which he has but I don't think he knows Pey like we do so I found it a little funny.  But he was right he loves to color and before he didn't last at it very long and he must see a difference, he doesn't have headaches anymore, and he wears them all the time. It just amazes me how fast kids grow and time flies.

The thoughts of my 8 year old

Me- Matty do you see the rainbow

Matty- Yes  If you slide down a rainbow you get a colorful bum

Me- Not if I only slide down one color

Matty- Only if the stripes are big enough

Me- your right

Matty- It sure would be fun to slide down a rainbow

Love moments like this.  It makes being a mom even in the tough times worth it.

Stock Show

Rain Storm

 

This was our 2nd flash flood and the kids love to run and play in it.  As for me I love the Rain and enjoyed it and watching them play in the street

Swim Meets

 

 

Matty got to do swim team this year and she loved it.  She loved competing and she loves swimming we are so proud of you Matty.

Day 5

Botanical Gardens

The kids got a kick of the fly eating plants go figure at least they learned something

Capital

Because of our trip to the hospital we didn't have time to take a tour of the capital but at least they can say they were there.

We also went to the spy museum but you are not allowed to take pictures.  We all had a great time there and we were all wishing we could have spent a little more time there.

We had a great time in D.C. and can't wait to go back.  As for Steve and I we are loving the stage our family is at wish we could freeze them.  We are very grateful for our kids its funny to travel with them you hear people 1 2 3 4 5 five kids wow!!  But the best is the complements we get on how well mannered they are or how well they look out for each other.
